Our artisan Serrano Honey vinegar is sweet, tart, and spicy. This unique, incredible vinegar is derived from apple cider vinegar, honey, and serrano chiles – no additives or additional ingredients. Amazingly complex and a Sofi taste competition award winner. Serrano Honey vinegar is a an excellent addition to marinades for chicken or beef, as well as a special ingredient for salsa, ceviche & Bloody Mary’s! Delicious drizzled over a caprese, rice or potato salad. Pairs wonderfully for a vinaigrette with our lemon, persian lime or basil olive oils, as well as any of our extra virgin olive oils.
