From Jerez, Spain and made in the traditional Solera system, our Sherry Reserva 25 year aged Wine Vinegar, has a true sherry flavor that can only come from cask-aging. Note: This fine Spanish vinegar is fabulous in reduction sauces, glazes and whenever strength and depth of flavor is desired.
Champagne Vinegar
Our champagne vinegar is complex and rich. It owes its depth of flavor to sparkling white French Champagne vinegar. With an acidity of 6%, it adds a delightfully tart kick to many applications such as vinaigrettes, marinades and sauces.
Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (Raw, Unfiltered)
Our lovely raw, unfiltered organic Apple Cider vinegar comes from small batches made here in Northern California’s Apple Country. It is rich in phenols and contains the “mother of vinegar” which contributes to its cloudy nature and well touted benefits. While many people consume apple cider vinegar mixed with water, or by itself, it also makes a lovely, sharp addition to pickles, ceviche, dressings and marinades. It pairs well with any of our extra virgin olive oils!
