Aged Cascadian Wild Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar
This white balsamic is infused with wild cascadian raspberries and is wonderfully tart & sweet. A perfect balance for making cocktails, dressings, refreshing sparkling sodas and can be paired with many of our oils since it is so versatile! Try this with lemon oil, persian lime oil, or herbes de provence oil!
Tapi Rubber Pour Spout
Easy to use, easy to clean! The cap twists off this pour spout allowing it to fit inside any of our standard bottles (excluding half gallon). Provides users with a controlled pour of all of their favorite oils or vinegars! Ideal for any of our oils or balsamic vinegars! Beautifully designed, the spout opens when the bottle is turned upside down and closes when the bottle is upright. Please Note: The tapi rubber pour spout fits our 200ml, 375ml, & 750ml bottles. They do not fit the 60ml bottles in our sample packs (Artisan & Gourmet).

Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
Gremolata is a traditional Italian herb condiment consisting of lemon zest, minced garlic, Italian flat leaf parsley and a hint of mint. The herbs and citrus zest are typically crushed together in a mortar to release their pungent essential oils. Persian Lime Olive Oil

Basil Olive Oil

Butter infused Olive Oil
This creamy olive oil is naturally infused with the rich flavor of butter. Use this golden, vegetarian, dairy free olive oil as a butter substitute in baking or anywhere you might use melted butter including: over hot popcorn, with seafood i.e. crab or shrimp, to dip bread in, over pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice.
Wild Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil
Delicious combination of fresh herbaceous sage paired with an array of savory wild mushrooms. Try drizzled over cream of mushroom soup, on risotto, stuffing and aioli. It makes an inspired vinaigrette when paired with our Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar.
Herbs De Provence Olive Oil
Notes of savory thyme and bay leaf, our all natural Herbs de Provence is a show stopper when drizzled on chicken, rubbed on turkey before roasting, for bread dipping and aioli.

A delicious blend of herbs, sun-dried tomatoes and garlic infused olive oil. Use it on everything from salad dressings to marinades. Sprinkle with grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and a few twists of freshly ground pepper for an irresistible bread dipper.

White Truffle Oil
Truly a delicacy! If you enjoy the flavor and aroma of White Truffle, then you?ll love this oil. Made in Italy in an artisan fashion without the use of any extracts, this olive oil is smooth, while having an unmistakable intense white truffle flavor. Makes a great finishing oil for many Mediterranean dishes, in mashed potatoes or try it drizzled on popcorn! It also makes an amazing aioli. A little goes a long way, so use sparingly!
Black Truffle Oil
This late fall, early winter truffle is used in the making of this savory oil. A “tea method” is utilized which steeps the ripe truffles for extended periods of time in olive oil. The closely guarded, proprietary process yields our heady, complex Black Truffle oil. No extracts or chemicals are used in its production. Fantastic in cream-based soups, risotto or mashed potatoes.
