The first of our Spring 2025 olive oils has arrived! Our Peruvian Reserve is a single estate crush resulting from Kalamata and Barnea fruit picked simultaneously and crushed together. This masterful cuvee is reminiscent of an Italian aesthetic with pronounced notes of apple blossom, dried green tea leaf and juicy granny smith apple. This oil is well balanced with a punch of lingering pepper.
