Wild Dill Olive Oil


Our highly aromatic, vibrant, infused Wild Dill olive oil is a must-have Mediterranean culinary staple. So versatile! We recommend using it in dressings, marinades, chopped salads, hummus, drizzled over vegetables, fish, poultry, or eggs, as well as in soups, creamy sauces, and as a base for aioli, homemade mayonnaise, and tartar sauce. Great for baking in rolls and breads. Delicious in potato dishes. Our Dill olive oil pairs well with Sicilian Lemon white Balsamic, or Champagne Vinegar for a delicious light vinaigrette. It can also be paired with our classic dark Traditional Balsamic, as well as the Pomegranate dark Balsamic, just to name a few.

Our Sportivo blend is delicious, mild, and has green olive and lightly floral notes. It is a multi-use oil, great for salads and especially high-heat cooking. We provide restaurants and bakeries with this high-grade oil, which is why it’s an amazing bargain at $16.00 per 750 mL bottle.

Aged Lychee White Balsamic Vinegar

A tropical fleshy fruit that is native to South China, Malaysia & Vietnam.  Our Lychee is sweet, slightly floral, & with a hint of citrus. Enjoy this new, delicious delicacy! Perfect for bright salads – pair with our Basil or Persian Lime infused olive oil for a delicious vinagrette or consider in a marinade or dressing with a spicy or smokey oil, such as harissa or chipotle.

Aged Blenheim Apricot White Balsamic Vinegar


The Blenheim variety is both sweet and tart with an intensely aromatic aroma of honeysuckle and picked with a faint green tinge. We?ve married this with our aged white balsamic condimento. The resulting collaboration is intoxicating as it is crisp and tart. Great with grilled chicken, as a glaze or served with cheese.

Denissimo – Rare, Longer Aged Dark Balsamic


Our beautiful Denissimo is made from Trebbiano grape must which is naturally carmelized and cooked down extensively in wood barrels of the classic Solera method, and aged for up to 25 years in the traditional “Batteria” in Modena, Italy. Our exquisite and exceedingly rare balsamic is extremely complex, boasting flavor notes of cherry wood, dried fruits, raisins, figs and hints of dark chocolate and malt. A wonderful delicacy to enjoy!

Barrel Aged Espresso Dark Balsamic
