Black Truffle Oil
This late fall, early winter truffle is used in the making of this savory oil. A “tea method” is utilized which steeps the ripe truffles for extended periods of time in olive oil. The closely guarded, proprietary process yields our heady, complex Black Truffle oil. No extracts or chemicals are used in its? production. Fantastic in cream-based soups, risotto or mashed potatoes.
Toasted Japanese Sesame Oil
Our Japanese dark toasted sesame oil is roasted slow and low, and then pressed in small batches. It has tremendous depth of flavor and mouth-feel. One of the most flavorful and fragrant oils in the world!
Serrano Honey Vinegar
Our Spicy Serrano honey vinegar is especially delicious drizzled over sliced tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella cheese. Pour over leafy greens, potatoes, pasta and rice salads! It also makes a wonderful marinade on chicken and in chili.
Wild Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil
Delicious combination of fresh herbaceous sage paired with an array of savory wild mushrooms. Try drizzled over cream of mushroom soup, on risotto, stuffing and aioli. It makes an inspired vinaigrette when paired with our Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar.
Barrel Aged Espresso Balsamic
This aged Balsamic Vinegar is amazingly complex, with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee. It makes a fantastic glaze or bar-b-que base for pork, beef or chicken. Add a shot to an affogatto float, which calls for a tall mug of vanilla gelato scoops covered with coffee.
Barrel Aged Red Apple Dark Balsamic
This balsamic has an enticing aroma and a delicate, sweet apple flavor, fruitier than most balsamic vinegars. It’s a wonderful way of adding aroma and taste to compliment any dish. It adds a refreshing lift to salads, sauces, chutney’s and vegetables. It is amazing drizzled on pork, chicken or fish. Mix equally with our Toasted Almond Oil and shake well, for a knock-out vinaigrette dressing. 4% acidity

This aromatic salt has flavors of rosemary, garlic, sage and pepper. Use as a dry rub on steak and chicken or sprinkle over any type of potato dish.

Our partner producer (SAOV) in Portugal is using a high vacuum during malaxation to remove all of the oxygen in this processing stage where the oil spends the most time and is most prone to oxidation. This cutting edge and very technical method preserves the phenolic content, the overall chemistry plus the flavor characteristics while reducing other oxidation markers.

A welcomed addition to our growing lineup of dark balsamic vinegar, our Neapolitan herb is extremely versatile. We have used this crisp vinegar in anything from bread dipping to marinades. The 2024 Portuguese Picual is one of the most complex oils in our current collection. This balanced example displays green fruity notes of kiwi followed by a pleasing amount of pepper and a lingering floral finish. Our taste panel awarded this a high fruitiness score.

Made with UP Certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the smoky flavor of this chili-infused olive oil is great for marinating steaks, in salsa, brushing on grilled chicken, grilled or roasted vegetables or paired with seafood. Great with shrimp, potatoes, or drizzled over warm refried beans. It makes excellent dipping oil for artisan breads, finishing oil for soups, pasta and rice dishes. Try pairing with our Oregano White Balsamic or our Peach White Balsamic!
